The Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) facility at CSIR-CCMB is equipped with state of art sequencing platforms such as NovaSeq 6000 (Illumina), PromethION P24 (Oxford Nanopore), MGI 2000 (MGI) and 10X single cell genomics, along with liquid handlers for automatic rapid library preparation (TECAN and MGI) for rapid, accurate and reliable highthroughput sequencing. Major applications include whole genome sequencing, exome/panel sequencing, metagenomics and transcriptomes.
